Account and settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the menu. You see 3 tabs: Account, Preferences and Team. Some accounts also see Branding and API Keys.

Account

• Profile photo: upload or remove your photo. It shows in the menu and in your team.
• Your usage: how much of this month's allowance you have used, per tool. See Billing.
• Subscription: opens Stripe's billing page, where you manage your plan and card.
• Sign Out: signs you out of PerfoAds on this browser.

Your email address comes from your Google login. You cannot change it in PerfoAds. There is no password to change, because you sign in with Google.

Preferences

• Theme: light or dark.
• Language: English or Polish, if Polish is switched on for your team.
• Alert frequency: how often PerfoAds checks new accounts for problems. Choose daily, every 3 days or weekly.
• Notifications: coming soon. PerfoAds does not send email notifications today.

Team

Work on accounts together with colleagues.

• Create a team: give it a name. You become the owner.
• Invite a specialist: create an invitation and share the link with your colleague.
• Assign accounts: choose which accounts each specialist can see. Specialists only see the accounts you give them.
• Google Ads writes: the switch that lets PerfoAds make changes to Google Ads and Merchant Center. Only the owner can turn it on. See Changes and undo.

Even without a team, this tab holds the Google Ads writes switch.

Branding

Only shown if white label is switched on for your account. Upload your logo. It replaces the PerfoAds logo in the menu, with a small "by PerfoAds" underneath.

API Keys

Only shown to accounts that bring their own keys. Your own keys are used instead of ours. Keys are stored encrypted. If you remove a key, PerfoAds goes back to its own.

Guided tours

Click the ? help button (Help & guides) at the bottom of the menu to replay a tour. On a tool page, click Guide to replay that page's tour.
